3D Product Solutions DirectorDescription -Committed to understanding and addressing market needs, leading a team of segment leaders and product management professionals, as well as collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution in all matters of product management. The 3D Director of Product Solutions is an excellent leader and communicator, as well as a developer of product management talent. Responsibilities  Responsible for life cycle management of the product/service/solution (PSS) lines from development, launch, refresh to obsolescence. Delivering profitable growth. Accountable for leading an organization of managers and individual contributors by setting overall initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of PSS programs Establish and own a product/segment vision to drive product / solution growth in a highly competitive and complex market. Defines and continually refines the product roadmap, synthesizing technical, market, and operational considerations. Defines each new product to meet feasibility, desirability and viability criteria Monitors market trends, analyses competitors’ offerings, and solicits input from clients, partners, sales teams for product planning and design. Provides thought-leadership on new PSS offerings. Responsible for long–term business forecasting and marketing budget recommendations. Coordinates creation of training materials and regularly evangelizes key value propositions both internally and externally. Consults with business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (e.g., mitigating risk, approving significant programs). Ensures that the offering solutions strategies and initiatives within area of accountability are integrated with business strategies. Partner with Category and key Markets to quickly adapt portfolio to market evolution Develop partnership with ecosystem players to develop a complete solution offering to customers with seamless integration.Knowledge and Skills Superior ability to provide PSS marketing consultation to senior managers within 3D market. Analyse and articulate product market fit, product positioning and customer value to continuously manage through product development investments and trade-offs. Superior understanding of product design and current product management. In-depth experience working with selling partners, R&D or customers. Understand Data and Analytics from the core data to the user experience. Operate with integrity, act with customer empathy, openly partner with stakeholders. Experience in working in a highly changing environment.  Acts with a founder´s mentality. Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across geographies. Ability to build partnerships across functions. Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. Strong leadership and staff development skills. Excellent consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Education and Experience Required First level university degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; advanced degree strongly preferred. Typically, 12+ years of experience in product management and marketing and exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business. Typically, 6+ years of people management experience. #LI-EXECJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
