Customer Support Americas Finance Supply Chain AnalystDescription -Customer Support Supply Chain Finance is looking for a person interested in a dynamic position that has a broad scope of responsibilities related to Cost of sales on hand with analytics and accounting. This position will be responsible to provide cost deep dive composition for customer support expenses for our hardware repair activity. The main goal is to provide analysis at the lower level of granularity possible in a timely fashion that helps our organization to take data driven decisions to improve the customer experience while achieving financial goals for the organizationActivities for this role include:Month End Close activityEnsure Granularity and Transparency in all allocation processes involved in the supply chain activityLead the forecast & budget process for repair Cost expensesWork with supply chain operational team and upper management in all CS initiativesBe able to model different set of cost scenarios with all repair variables, figures & strategies in order to help our business partners to take well informed decisions that help to meet fiscal year goalsDrive ERP implementationYour objective will be to help HP to consolidate a competitive cost structure in the market place and keep growing the business within financial integrity on the Customer Support variable repair arena (Labor, Material, Inventory Holding Cost & Logistics). The role's goal is to become a business consultant for the operational team helping them with all business strategic decisions! Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.
