UX eCommerce Content ArchitectDescription -By leveraging your content, user experience, and digital asset management tools acumen, you’ll help to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class, outcome-oriented customer experiences for HP Stores globally.As our eCommerce Content Architect, you'll help identify, define, and design the end-to-end experience for the launch of our digital assets to our product offering, partnering with content, product, design, research, marketing, development, and analytics teams.We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to explore existing content assets, structures or taxonomies and then identify, prioritize and deliver improvements. Additionally, the architect will feel comfortable innovating and running large scale projects that redefine structured content for ecommerce in HP Shopping.You will drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our business connect to and add value to our products and customers.Your missionCreating a Best-in-Class site experience - You'll drive the holistic product structured content strategy across all our global eCommerce stores, using customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience.Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders - You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution.Operating with excellence - You’ll scale best-in-class efficient content workflows, data tagging and automation processes, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomy category structures, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.Day to day RolePartner closely with UX design, content management, and data workflow teams to build and deliver a dynamic scalable Content RoadmapPerform content inventories to diagnose issues with existing website content & hierarchies and then work with multiple stakeholders to deliver improved solutions and methodologies.Define improved content structures & taxonomies (information architecture in the form of site maps, taxonomies, metadata schema, content models, content relationship diagrams, etc.) to improve our onsite storytelling and drive value to our customers.Understand, recommend, and improve company assets, content systems, hierarchies, taxonomies with stakeholders across the company and solution the best past forward to support the organisations goals.Collaborate, explore with UX design teams the best way to test, validate and learn from improvements made.Document, develop, and maintain all Digital Design content requirements, architectures, and deliverables for reference and instruction.Desired Experience7 +years of experience defining and developing large scale content structure and strategies within the eCommerce domain.Experience and strong understanding of W3C compliance, Industry best practices and any other form of ontologies using RDF & OWL semantic standards.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Basic knowledge of SQL queries and/or relational database modellingTraining in Information Management, Library Science, and/or User Experience Design desirable#LI-POSTJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
