We leverage our strong financial position to extend our leadership in traditional markets and invest in exciting new technologies.Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive programs and strategic initiatives, be accountable for delivery of all operational reports and metrics for the Dashboards created for HP Services.Work closely with different business groups and functions within the HP Services team, collaborate with key Global and Regional stakeholders to understand business requirements related to market analysis of the Services portfolioDevelop reporting and data solutions to support Service revenue enablement.Able to effectively build innovative solutions that can be easily scaled to multiple geographies, and support data gathering and validation for different sales and marketing programs.Act as a liaison to leadership teams, Product category team, Business Planning managers and other key business groupsSupport and coach technically the team of Data and Business AnalystsPrioritize the operational and strategic engagementsPlay significant role to ensure Organization change, culture & capability are implemented.Develop world class analytics business offering for leveraging data and analysis to bring transformational changeKnowledge and skills:Passion for data & delivering data driven outcomesStrong experience with data visualization and presenting data in a clear and simple mannerHands-on technical skills, ready to learn more and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvementAble to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environmentSelf-driver, strategic mindset, attention to detail and capable of independently managing complex processes that touch multiple stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to work across in person as well as virtual team environmentsExcellent written/verbal communications skills. Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and customersStrong analytical skills and work easily with numbers and multi-dimensional dataSelf-starter requiring minimum training or on-boarding effortAble to manage multiple work streams effectively with minimum guidance, pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders.and provide timely updates to leadershipExcellent communication skills in English - written, verbalAdvanced Database skills with preferable Big Data exposureAdvanced knowledge in BI Tools (Design, Development and Implementation).
