Sales SpecialistDescription -This is a 100% new business sales role with primary focus on building new robust relationships with IT decision makers in the UK Financial Services Industry. The goal is to secure new customers for our core suite of print and digital workflow services. The role holder will work closely with the extended HP Pursuit team, District Manager, into Delivery and wider HP teams to be successful in selling our services to new customers.What you will doLead the pursuit for acquiring new logo opportunities in the Financial Services Industry, building out the value-added Sales Plan for each acquisition account in this sector.Build an annual Sales Development plan that includes a specific target account list.Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through all sales stages.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business Key Strategic Objectives.Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is sufficiently profitable.Manage the customer relationship until they are handed into Delivery to a Client Service Manager and Inside Sales account manager.React to customer / partners queries in a professional and timely mannerWork with supporting departments to resolve sales requests to a satisfactory standardAccurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include Opportunity Assessment Review quotations, proposals and tenders.Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customersMake sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by your District managerProvide information to manager and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely mannerWork and contribute within the broader commercial teams, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectivesWork professionally, effectively and constructively to promote the companyCarry out any additional duties which would be deemed by the manager and company to be in the best interest of the company and its customersWho you are:You thrive on a challenge of acquisition, and look forward to identifying, developing and engaging with prospect customers. Internally you work best leading a team who are briefed well by you, in order to support a successful pursuit.Must have proven experience in generating new contractual business sales, within a service industry that ideally includes break/fix and complex service level agreements for your customer.Ideally have previous sales experience to selling to financial services customers and an understanding of the financial service industry and the challenges customers faceProven knowledge and application of current sales techniques and strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline with robust qualification requirements and sales development landscaping planProven track record in managing and securing new business through to delivery of new business targetsKnowledge of digital workflow and printing would be an advantage.Knowledge of the pricing models for printing and digital workflow would be an advantageKnowledge of financial services regulation for digital workflow would be an advantage.Job -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United Kingdom)Travel -75%Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
