This team provides the core leadership and expertise to inspire, empower, and support HP to achieve our industry-leading 2025 and 2030 goals related to postconsumer recycled plastic, recycled metals, renewable materials, single-use plastic packaging reduction, and product reuse. In addition, team members provide deep technical, market access, & regulatory experience to guide and influence cross-functional innovation across our Personal Systems (PCs & Peripherals), Print, Workforce Services & Solutions, 3D, and emerging businesses. Moreover, this role provides a great opportunity to work with colleagues across R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Government Relations.Ideal candidates are data driven, experienced in data management processes and tools, knowledgeable of sustainability and circularity fundamentals, familiar with hardware development processes, and passionate about making a meaningful impact.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe person in this role will work with peers in the Circularity core team, product & materials stewards, and partners across HP’s business units to ensure we deliver on our commitments. We are responsible for ensuring we have clear goals and rigorous tools and processes to substantiate our claims. In addition, where innovation is needed, we catalyze or drive efforts to find solutions to challenging problems.Responsibilities may include:Ensure current products are implementing solutions per plan.Work with R&D throughout the Product Development Process to ensure new products meet Circularity requirements.Respond to customer inquiries and support internal partner requests for customer information.Support the development and improvement of Circularity processes and tools.Research and develop sustainability criteria and circularity guidelinesDevelop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans and other support requirements for assigned programsTrack progress against established plans and make decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedulesQualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent.Typically, 2-4 years of experience.Knowledge and Skills:The most important requirement for this job is passion for customers, passion for technology, passion for sustainability, and passion for learning.Effective written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Smart Sheets, SharePoint applications, etc.Ability to lead projects and programs with team members from diverse technical backgrounds.Capable of successfully collaborating with others in both in-person and virtual teams.Ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.Ability to work with a diverse set of partners, stakeholders, and technologists across the globe.Work in situations with ambiguity, bring passion to create solutions to problems or issues that arise.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated to make progress towards goals autonomously as needed.Willingness to thrive in an ambiguous and a dynamic environment.Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to grow with HP into greater positions of influence and responsibility.Experience within electronics industry and/or related materials is a strong plus.Excellent teamwork & collaboration skills exemplifying respect, integrity, and agility.Customer obsession - puts the customer first in the way we design, innovate, and develop our vision.Growth mindset - passionate about growing their own skills and the overall team's skills.Competitive spirit - someone who wins with purpose and integrity.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
