Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying changes to existing software. Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols. Identify manual processes that can be automated. Consider the organization’s entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements. Maintain and improve the company’s cloud infrastructure. Architect, build and maintain automated CICD pipeline for Software applications. Detailed understanding of the pipeline tools and application.Roles & Responsibilities:Understanding customer requirements and project KPIsImplementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructurePlanning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.Managing stakeholders and external interfacesSetting up tools and required infrastructureDefining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operationHave the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugsMonitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastageEncouraging and building automated processes wherever possibleIdentifying and deploying cybersecurity  measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk managementIncidence management and root cause analysisCoordination and communication within the team and with customersSelecting and deploying appropriate CICD toolsStrive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CICD Pipelines)Mentoring and guiding the team members Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIsManaging periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customerSkill Set:Security and Container scanning tools like Veracode, TrivyContinuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Orchestrator – GITHUB ActionScripting languages like Python, Ruby, or ShellSource control management tools such as GITHUB, Nexus LifecycleInfrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AnsibleExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, Virtualization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesNetworking, firewalls, and security Monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK StackDatabase administration and managementAgile methodologies and project management skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development, operations, and security teams.Education and Experience Required: Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
