May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Serves as the expert to the T1 and T2 channel partners of Sri Lanka for information regarding HP products, services, Strategy and promotions.Educates and updates channel partners on HP processes and channel policies.Establishes business practices and enablers to promote sales growth.Achieves assigned quota for HP Personal systems and Print products and services.Establishes relationship with partner at all organization levels including senior executives.Ensures partners are compliant with legal and SBC practices.May drive SOW growth with distributors who are managing small partners on behalf of HP.May recruit and develop business relationship with new partners.Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with: Degree in Engineering with at least 8+ years of sales experience in Sri Lanka.MBA Preferred.Proven success record in selling to channel partners of Sri Lanka.Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala.Knowledge of Imports, payment instruments and incoterms will be added advantages.Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of the IT industry, IT products such as PCs and Printers.
