The 3D Metals business has an exciting opening for Sales Executives who want to be part of the fastest growing segment of the 3D printing market. Responsibilities:Drive revenue and margin growth for the metals 3D print business by architecting and selling transformational business and supply chain technology solutions to large global OEMs and contract manufacturersEffectively identify, qualify, develop, negotiate, and close new mass production manufacturing opportunities within targeted markets and applicationsExpand market share through proactive solution sales techniques and developing prescriptive, customer-centric solutions for targeted prospectsLead highly complex sales cycles end-to-end by orchestrating cross-functional teams, marketing, and technical resources in presales activities, legal during contract negotiations, and account management, customer assurance, and services post-close to implement solutions and ensure customer successBuild and champion strategic corporate partnerships with large, global, matrixed companies within eachCultivate strong relationships with clients by leveraging consultative sales approaches, becoming their trusted advisor, and by recommending the optimal solution for their businessNavigate and map out complex, matrixed customer organizational structures to identify key decision makers, influencers, stake holders, and identify political dynamics in order to effectively position to close dealsCreate strategic account plans and strategies to drive sales growth within targetsRelentlessly pursue new business with entrepreneurial mindset, tenacity, and laser focus on the winUnderstand, explain and pitch technical value of 3D Metal Jet to customersDevelop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to executive level and C-suite customersWho you are?University or Bachelor’s degree required, Bachelor of Science in engineering or business management and/or MBA preferred8-12 years of complex end-to-end B2B solution sales experience and proactive proposal development for enterprise accounts and large Fortune 500 companiesProven experience delivering significant revenue and margin growth in B2B sales environmentsExperience selling to partners in a complex environmentPartners and collaborates effectively with other team members to support customer accounts and ensure coordinated efficient account management activitiesDomain expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and mass production of parts, goods, or productsFinancial acumen, P&L and balance sheet management knowledgeExcel at bridging the technical and business domains to effectively sell products, services, and/or solutionsIn depth of knowledge of industry verticals (e.g. industrial customers, medical markets, healthcare, consumer accounts).Excellent oral, written and public speaking / presentation communication skills.Ability to lead without formal authority and build/manage teams in complex, matrixed organizationsProfessional services, strategic consulting and/or solution selling experience is requiredCollaborative attitude and team playerMastery in English required, German, French, and multilingual capabilities preferredWhy joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
