Indigo’s Finance team is engaged in various high-impact cross-organizational activities and has a strong presence at all crucial decision-making junctions.We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The role is very broad, and you will be involved in a variety of financial aspects, such as: running the annual budgeting process, producing regular forecasts that reflect the expected future performance of the business, analyzing current/historical business results and trends, advising on how the Company’s performance can be improved and exploring potential growth scenarios/engines. Responsibilities:Playing a leading role in the annual budget and financial forecasting processEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsCollaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results, as well as with business and functional teams to provide various recommendations Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisionsDeveloping and delivering reporting and analysis packages to senior managementTracking and monitoring various KPIs used to drive business efficiency. Requirements:At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A function, preferably from an internationally recognized high-tech companyBachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management.
