Data Analyst LeadDescription -The Process and transformation team of Market Supply Chain and Logistics Finance plays a pivotal role in leading design & implementation of transformational changes. This team facilitates corporate driven Process and transformation programs, design, develop and deliver finance process improvement, people development initiatives & support digitalization initiatives to improve processes and empower employeesSupply Chain Finance Transformation Analyst should present unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.Responsibilities: Work with the EBP Anaplan, Transformation team to understand the planning models, reports, dashboards, reporting needs and other information that are being created as part of Enterprise Business Planning for SC markets and logistics financeSupport deployment of machine learning based forecasting model for logistics costThe right candidate will be independently responsible for solutioning the business opportunities & challenges, data collection, processing, transformation, modelling, analysis & visualization of the output of a business problem. Understand underlying cost drivers of market SC and logistics cost and develop predictive cost models to enhance analytical capability of finance team to improve business support & cost predictabilityThe ideal candidate has ability to see solutions in both big and small data sets with business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company.He/she will use advanced data modelling, predictive modelling, and Machine Learning techniques to interpret key findings and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.Expectation/ Opportunity Person in the role needs to develop deep knowledge about current and future SC financial processes and environmentThe ideal candidate for this role is driven and self-motivated, well organized and task oriented.  The candidates must also possess very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into a succinct and logic story or infographic.Unique opportunity to be part of world class Supply chain and finance organization to take your career to next levelEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.Typically 8+ years of experience in a variety of finance functions, especially Financial, analytics and Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance Hand on experience in building predictive cost models Knowledge and Skills: Using scientific design and data collection methodologies, tools and analysis packages to collect, validate, and analyse dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillWorking knowledge of data mining and ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.Experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business.Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc.Programming / scripting experience in Python, Java, VBA Macro is preferredRequires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.Ability to effectively communicate results and negotiate options at management levels.We love our work environment.
