Endpoint Services Reprovisioning EngineerDescription -HP Reprovisioning Services Service OwnerJob DescriptionIf you are seeking an ambitious environment to develop and grow, eager to apply your Engineering skills to drive the Service business forward, then this is the job for you! We are currently looking for a colleague within our Customer Support and Services Delivery organization, responsible for end-to-end Engineering management of the Personal Systems Reprovisioning services. You will work in tandem with the RSPM from the customers’ requirements collection phase up to the design, implementation, testing, delivery to customers and change management. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical deliverables for reprovisioning services. Simplify and automate process with the use of scripts and other tools that may be needed in the repair shopfloor. Provide consultancy to sales team recommending the right services architecture and engineering solutions, according to customer`s requests.Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution Design with customer and HP teams, assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment. Insure the right follow-up on customer specifications changes.Acts a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance related to reprovisioning services.Lead feasibility studies with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.Drive the technical services delivery with CS Supply Chain and Field teams.Track the details about technical solution progress, drive communication with delivery partners and within the team.Prepare and coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and delivery partners.Improve engineering solutions as needed, adapting to new requirements or industrial standards.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor`s or Master`s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent fieldProved experience 3+years of PC deployments, Microsoft Windows Imaging creation, CSSM, Cloud Azure, Modern Management, InTune. Understanding of the PC BIOS architecture.  ITIL certification is a plus.PC Manufacturing/Supply Chain related experience would be an advantageKnowledge and Skills RequiredStrong engineering skills in image creation, image management for Wintel units.Good knowledge of scripting and automation tools (i.e., PowerShell).
