(TCP review board required in TCP families)The Regional TM is the Project Manager in charge of the successful transition and implementation of HP Managed Print Services (MPS) with highest Total Customer Experience (TCE) for muti-country projects. The TM leads the Management of Change (MoC) and ensures that the implementation meets project scope and timeline requirements across all applicable countries.Key Responsibilities•Support deal pursuit by developing preliminary project plans for inclusion in the customer proposal.•Supports deal costing by providing project effort estimation.•In complex deals, coordinates due diligence, discovery and design across applicable countries. Develop and provides deployment schedule for proposal submission.•Contributes to the development of final statement of work.•Acts as the interface between the Global Account Team and Country resources (Pursuit or TM).•Accelerates the Country SOW signature by supporting D&D stage in coordination with Regional Customer stakeholders, and Country Pursuit teams. •Manages end2end the MPS project at a regional level.•Owns the relationship with Customer Exec Level regional stakeholders.•Set up MPS Policies and Procedures to ensure standardized services and experiences across all country Customer entities.•Set up the regional MPS Infrastructure as per the Solution Architecture.•Enabling cross functional HP Country teams and removing barriers for deployment rollouts.•Accelerate Time 2 Revenue through cross country prioritization and proactive risk mitigation.•Ensure the HP Business Case consistently meets Customer Value Proposition.•Support Customer MOC, develop MOC plans and collaterals, ensuring consistency across countries.•Ensures a stable and optimal MPS platform for the ease of delivery in BAU.•Executes hand-over for on-going delivery to Regional and Country CSMs& SDMs.•Provides both internal and external timely project communications•Coordinate at a regional level the MPS Design &Discovery activities as and when required. •Provides project status updates, tracking & reporting to internal and external stakeholders.•Maintains all project documentation and files.•Hold transition Kick-Off Meetings, internally and with the Customer at a reginal level.•.Provides HW Forecast reports to Business stakeholders per established governance Education and Experience Required: First level university degree.Advanced degree preferred.10 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key HP Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.Recognized as a leader in the HP S PM Professions community.PMP Certified.#LI-PostJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
