This position will lead multiple complex and technical projects in support of organizational goals. The role will require the ability to pivot from diverse subject areas and maintain progress towards completion and overall delivery of customer and organizational value. This position will interface with several internal and external partners and stakeholders. Exemplary projects may involve packaging, print quality, operations, firmware, supplies performance, etcLead packaging team consisting of packaging engineers, product and global marketing, and HP Brand members. Manage on-time and quality delivery of toner cartridge and toner reload kit packaging that’s meets global, country, and state specific regulations. Drive alignment with marketing, brand, regulatory, sustainability, anti-counterfeit, and customer assurance team members on packaging projects. Manage roll schedules, internal alignment, and implementation of updates to meet new environmental and product information regulations for released products. Partner and manage cartridge & TRK packaging vendor on packaging update and new implementation schedules.Lead yield optimization team consisting of HP cartridge engineers, toner lab, and external cartridge vendor. Partner with engineers to determine new ways to optimize toner yield and enhance the customer cartridge end-of-life experience. Track and drive completion of projects with lead cartridge engineer and external cartridge vendor. Build and maintain financial model tracking yield optimization projects effects on cartridge revenue and units sold. Member of team responsible for determining ways to deter and track grey market activities by tracking cartridge shipments between cartridge manufacturer and distributions centers. Responsible for communications with cartridge manufacturer regarding cartridge tracking. Manage accuracy of serialization data provided by cartridge manufacturer. Responsibilities: Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedulesDrives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.Program management skills to lead cross functional teamsSubject matter expert for Canon toner packaging, and yield optimizationLead programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teamsExecute on strategy to deliver new processes/capabilitiesEffective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on statusCreating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for artwork deliveryCreating long and short-term plans for yield optimization implementation and customer delivery timelineDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams seeking informationAdjusting schedules and targets on the projectsDevelop relationships within members of marketing, brand, ACF, and regulatory teamsEducation and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.PMP/PMI certification preferred.Typically 6-10 years experience.Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local languageAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
