HP Inc. is addressing the rapidly growing demand for information and evidence of corporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance by seeking a dedicated ESG Reporting Program Manager to join a dynamic team that leads the creation and delivery of ESG information to key stakeholders – shareholders, raters & rankers, regulators, customer, and employees. This role will lead the advancement of HP Inc’s ESG reporting and disclosure capabilities by leading projects to assemble and deliver HP Inc qualitative and quantitative performance data required to comply with ESG regulations globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and maintain understanding of the evolving policy & regulatory landscape in ESG reporting globally.Together with key internal stakeholders, advocate on the development of emerging ESG reporting regulations and policies in alignment with HP’s positions.Lead cross-functional team to develop and execute compliance implementation to ESG reporting requirements, including developing frameworks such as SEC climate disclosures, CSRD, and EU Taxonomy.OTHER POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the creation of ESG reporting and disclosure content to support external standards and frameworks such as GRI SRS, UNGC and UN SGD’s, SASB HSAS, TCFD, and WEF IBCSCM.Manage the double materiality assessment process for the ESG Report.Partner with HP Inc. Corporate Affairs to develop ESG content for the Board of Directors, and to support Investor Relations and executive presentations.Project manage responses to key ESG disclosures, rankings and ratings; drive improvements in HP Inc's responses to stakeholder ESG surveys.Manage assurance process for key ESG deliverables while maintaining schedulesBenchmark to drive innovation and enhancements. Conduct regular benchmarking for core deliverables and identify and implement enhancements to ensure deliverables meet the Sustainable Impact and Compliance team's needs and standards.In collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team and Market Engagement team, understand and respond to requirements and trends in the ESG communications area (GRI standards, anti-greenwashing requirements, ESG reporting requirements, innovative ways of communicating information, etc.).Create and maintain detailed schedules in conjunction with ESG related Subject Matter Experts and other functional areas such as Corporate Affairs, Finance, Communications, Investor Relations, and others Support additional ESG projects and teams as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, policy, management, or equivalent practical experience.Working knowledge of reporting frameworks, policy, and regulatory development.Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability disclosure, policies, GHG accountingProven self-starter with excellent business judgment, problem solving, organization and networking skillsExperience working with multiple stakeholders across global teamsExpert project management skills level and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritiesKnowledge and Skills RequiredStrong project management skillsPolished presentation skills to all levels of organizationA high level of professionalism/integrity and ability to work with sensitive and confidential informationA self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.Agile, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for influencing teams across an organization with indirect authorityWillingness to travel as neededJob -Public AffSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
