WW senior RPB category analystDescription -Within the customer support & services delivery (CSSD), the Replacement Parts Business (RPB) team owns the full P&L of all the spare parts sales business done by HP for both PC and Print for all markets. As such this team is responsible for revenues, cost and margin management.To support this business, we hire a senior RPB category manager focused on P&L and business management. This covers the following responsibilities :P&L management, including developing and tracking growth plansEnsure revenues and costs are properly accounted every month with support of financeSpend and HC planningImplement thorough flash and budget processes with high predictability and with GBU interlock Support new initiatives to further expand the part business – revenues and costs estimationEnable smooth transition to S4/HanaDefines, design any cost and operational reporting needed to perform sound cost management Preparation of narratives and exec review (including waterfall, assumptions documentation, narratives)Actual to flash gap deep-dive analysisManage write-offs, find solutions to minimize the impact of the write offs on the RPB P&LIdentify opportunities to improve cost efficiencyAs a senior RPB cost and business analyst, you will own all the above deliverables while being also in charge ofTo interact tightly with finance,To partner with the regional and WW RPB teamsTo work as a team with the other RPB analyst to partner to winTo build strong connections with WSS GBU to align on budget, long term planningTo understand the business dynamics of each market impacting the actual performance and so anticipating the changes as part of the planningTo act as a catalyst of change to constantly improve the increase top and bottom lineTo propose proactively process enhancements/simplificationTo design globally aligned processes while considering critical market specificsTo drive transformation, to proactively propose efficiencies, to think laterally to propose best possible decisionThis is a really exciting job opportunity for anyone willing to go for the extra mile, to be responsible of a full P&L management, to support the growth of one of HP’s growth businesses.
