Enabling effective solutions that positively impact quality of the role performedShould be strong on documentation - technical specifications, data validations.Experience in handling severity incidents and interact with multiple stakeholders. Involved in incident management, problem management, release management and outage management.Should have experience in monitoring / supporting the application in various managed environments.Experience in understanding the business flow, feasibility study and analysing requirement.Should have very effective stakeholder managing skills.Should be effective in hosting meetings and drive discussions/decisions in collaboration with various stakeholders.Responsible for monitoring production environment / various application and server downtimes / patching activities and act proactively to prevent performance issues or application crash.Maintains operational work instructions and templates to ensure up to date ways of working are available for the support team.Identify defects, fix relevant incidents and identify root cause of the issue.
