Managed Print Services Sales SpecialistDescription -The primary goal of the role is to secure new and develop current customers for our core suite of commercial printing, security, digital workflow solutions and associated services. The individual will work closely with the extended HP Pursuit Team, District Manager, Account Delivery and wider HP teams to be successful in selling HP managed services to customers.This role includes new business and incumbent account development, created by building strategic relationships with IT & Procurement decision makers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who is self-motivated and with a will to win. You should be comfortable working as part of a team and able to take initiative to work on your own. What you will doLead the engagement for acquiring new logo opportunities, building out the Value-Added Sales Plan for each key account in the sectorDevelop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business key strategic objectives.Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business financial metrics are achieved.React to customer / partners queries in a professional and timely manner.Work with supporting departments to resolve sales requests to a satisfactory standard.Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include opportunity assessment reviews, quotations, proposals and tenders.Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customersMake sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by your District Manager.Provide information to manager and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely manner.Work and contribute within the broader commercial teams, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectivesWork professionally, effectively and constructively to promote the values of HP.Carry out any additional duties,  such as volunteering, mentoring and projects to support local communities.Who you are:You enjoy helping customers improve their own organisations through the utilization of technology.You thrive while engaging with prospective customers and look forward to identifying and developing solutions for customers. Your core skills include building strategic relationships & delivering against a set target. Ideally you will have proven experience in generating new services led, contractual sales, that possibly includes break/fix and complex service level agreements for your customer.Ideally you will have previous sales experience in selling to large, multi-country commercial customers and an understanding of the challenges they may face.Ideally you will have knowledge and application of current sales and negotiating techniques with a strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline with robust qualification skills.You will be able to work as part of a virtual team, with the ability to lead others who do not report directly to you.
