Trading Structure LeadDescription -Trading Structure Lead to join the globally set team of 8 with major focus on Trading Stricture Design, Special Projects and  Strategy support; Responsibilities: Responsible for validating Trading Structure (TS) Change Requests from business stakeholders and thereafter developing and delivering compliant and feasible Trading Structure designsConsults and collaborates with subject matter experts from partner functions across the organization to produce gap analysis, deliver a consolidated risk assessment and benefits/costs and impact analysisDrives sign offs and approvals of the TS design with Trading Structure governance boardsEnsures compliance with local regulatory requirements, and with Trading Structure guiding principles thereby facilitating standardized and consistent definition of TS flows across the corporationRemains available for consultancy when ad-hoc questions are raised by business stakeholders on TS principles and flowsProvides support and consultancy during the implementation phase of the project to address questions or gaps, if anyEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.Expected skills & competenciesPrior experience desired in finance and accounting or auditing rolesStrong project management skillsExcellent time and workplace management skills, ability to work independentlySuperior interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and ability to work within rigorous time constraintsBasic entity structure knowledge, sound HP business, process and systems knowledgeSuperior communication and influencing skills / Stakeholder engagement skillsEnhanced presentation skillsHow will we help your personal and professional development?We don’t label you or your performance we look to help you grow your unique potentialSpecial annual Finance Days dedicated to innovation in the profession, directly hearing from our Chief Finance Officer and other key executivesSkill Champions Development program lead by passionate team members to help you learn while they learn from you as wellNew disruptive technology introductions sessions We love our work environment.
