Print Software Communications LeadDescription -Print Software is looking for a strong Program Manager who can drive our organization's internal and external communications. The communications lead will generate, review, and edit communications for PSPS including organization announcements, lab presentations, email communications. The candidate must have excellent analytical, project management, decision-making, leadership, and organization skills. The candidate must be able to distill technical content into crisp, clean messaging.  Ideal candidate must be an excellent writer, compelling storyteller and possess strong social and digital skills while executing against deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Develop compelling and original communication materials that support PSPS growth strategies, communications plansCreate internal memos, authored content, speeches, executive briefing books and story pitches that connect executive voices to key themes and topics that matter to their stakeholders.Build PowerPoint narratives and slides suitable for senior level presentations and consumption.Ensure central repository of all communications content.Drive communications projects and new initiatives.Establish and drive a multi-channel communications and knowledge sharing strategy.Oversee the activities of communications consultants and vendorsManages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for multiple products or service offerings for a Global Business Unit.Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Global Business Unit.Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program profit and loss management.Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue insights to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.Strong collaborator providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.PMP/PMI certification preferred Typically 10+ years experience.Knowledge and Skills:Employee communications and/or executive communications experienceExceptional storytelling, writing and editing skills; strong oral communications skills and ability to convey complex ideas.Excellent organization and program management skills within fast-paced and demanding environment.Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.High levels of tact and diplomacy.Flexible, nimble, and able to thrive within a growing and evolving organizationA relentless focus on the details.Collaborative in nature.Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.History of innovation with examples of developing new technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes.Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.HP is an equal opportunity employer: https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c08129225HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•  Dental insurance•  Disability insurance•  Employee assistance program•  Flexible schedule•  Flexible spending account•  Health insurance•  Life insurance  Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $165,000 to $200,000.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
