Then join us now as Transition & Transformation Manager (f/m/d) in our CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) team!Managed Print Services (MPS) provide an optimized print environment for Enterprise customers, including imaging and printing devices, software, supplies, management and support, assessments, and workflow processes. MPS is part of the Print Services organization sitting within Imaging, Printing & Solutions. The Print Services CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) Delivery team represents the delivery organization in strategic pursuit opportunities, working alongside the pursuit teams to ensure the costs and delivery methodologies are defined. Once the contract is signed, the team coordinates all deployment activities across multiple countries to implement the new MPS contract.Your responsibilities:The T&T Project/Program Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing printer hardware, services and solutions and ensuring service readiness for new Managed Print Services (MPS).The PM acts as a focal point for internal partners including CS (Customer Support & Services), HP Financial Services (HPFS) and external partners like DXC Technology (manages client relationship with senior and executive - C level).The PM supports the customers’ adoption journey of the newly contractually agreed services and measures these against the roll out plan.The PM will take primary responsibility to implement the contract directly and with third parties once the deal is won (manages customer project / program delivery and team).The PM reviews the operations component of all proposals with the Solution Architect, Deal Assurance Specialist and Sales Account Manager prior to, or during the Sales to Delivery Handover process ((manages project / program KPIs and financials including P&L -> revenue, customer and milestone targets, provides reliable financial forecasts).Additionally, the PM owns the development of delivery processes with internal / external parties to ensure rapid start-up of service and consistent delivery to Service Level Agreement. Any non-standard process design done during the pursuit phase has to be considered accordingly.As this is a CEE role, the T&T PM typically coordinates the deployment activities across multiple countries with the support of local project managers / delivery resources and additional subject matter experts, i.e. Technical consultants, for the implementation of specific Managed Print Solutions.What do we expect?Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study8+ years managing IT/ Transition implementation projectsIT Service / IT Operations backgroundExperience in professional design and delivery of presentationsExperience in P&L/Cost/Budget managementA strong track record in Project / Program ManagementProven leadership skills (ideally experience as people manager or equivalent role)Analytical mindsetProject Management Professional (PMP) Certified or other comparable Project Management Certification preferredRisk and Change Management; ITIL certifiedHighly developed negotiation skills and ability to influence contract contentAwareness of sales cycles and experience of working part of a pursuit teamGerman native speaker and fluent in written and verbal English Flexibility - 25% travel in GermanyWhat do we have to offer?HP is a is a proven front-runner in personal systems and printing and we are ranked among the Top 50 of “best global brands”.
