You are invited to join the Commercial Organization Finance Team for a paid 12/13 months internship starting July 1st with flexible schedule enabling to easily combine studies and work (30h per week).Description of the teamOur team is responsible for the support of business managers and salespeople on regional and country level. It’s achieved through planning, analysing and then reporting of established metrics. The team consists of several people based in a variety of locations. There is opportunity to work with part of the team directly in the office as well as connect online with colleagues from different parts of the world. Daily tasksSupport of the month-end closing by independently providing reports relating to financial metrics such as margin, revenue, profit; as well as the calculation of accrualsActive participation in the forecasting process by calculating currency impacts, providing projections and preparing templatesContinuous reporting throughout the quarterCollaborating with finance, category, sales and other teams to support cross-functional projects and initiativesYour learning pathWhile working closely with the Financial Analysts you will have the unique opportunity to develop a range of technical and soft skills, including:Business/ financial acumen: By actively working with the finance, sales and category teams, you will be able to develop a broad understanding of the business, its operations and the broader market environment, as well as related financial metrics such as budgets, forecasts and return on investment (ROI).Communication and presentation skills: Enhance communication and presentation skills by working on small projects and presenting the findings to the teamData Analysis: Improve data analysis skills through hands-on experience while working with sales dataSoftware Skills: Improve proficiency in a variety of data analytics, business planning and ERP softwareThis is what we offer for you:Comprehensive onboarding and development opportunities.
