This individual will need to be capable of delivering training and/or value-added service visits on both Commercial and Labels and Packaging press platforms, Digital Front End, as well as all around production support at customer sites.50% travel should be the expectation for this position.Job Responsibilities Include:Deliver HP Indigo Operator training classes and performing Production Optimization Visits either at an HP Indigo Training facility or at a customer site.Perform all the pre- and post-class administrative tasks associated with the job role on time, completely, and satisfactorily.Keep labs clean, orderly, and well stocked. Keep presses maintained and in good working order.Work as a cooperative strong member of the team providing the best possible experience for both internal and external customers.Worldwide and team collaboration on the delivery of common messaging and development of training materials and content for continuous improvement.Stay up to date on press models, features, and their respective value proposition.Always portray a strong professional appearance and presence.Provide strong solid communication on customer visits.Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers.Resolve single- and cross- technology incidents independently.
