Materials Compliance Program ManagerDescription -The Materials Compliance Program Manager will work with individuals, managers and teams around the world to ensure that as products, supply chains and regulatory requirements change that HP NPI and current products meet materials compliance regulatory and market access requirements. This role includes:Working with HP Region Sustainability teams to understand complex and often ambiguous emerging regulatory frameworks and assisting them in advocating for legislation that achieves sustainable outcomesRegularly communicating and providing updates to all HP Business units and Sustainability management on long range materials compliance regulatory requirementsDeveloping regulatory implementation plans that are succinct and actionable so that HP Businesses with products in scope of regulations understand the materials compliance requirementsLeading Business Unit teams and tracking progress to ensure materials compliance requirements and market access goals are achieved  Working with other members of the Materials Stewardship team to develop and continuously improve processes, standards and tools to support HP businesses in achieving materials compliance goals and market accessWorking with Region and Business Unit representatives to respond to customer, government and key stakeholder inquiriesAs a member of merger and acquisition project teams, ensuring that the materials compliance processes and tools of both companies are understood and smoothly transitioned to HPEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, the Sciences or a related fieldStrong program and project management skillsExperience in Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business roles; familiarity with product development, manufacturing, product data management and logistics processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to a wide variety of audiences; mastery in English and local languageExperience in leading teams across Regions and Businesses to accomplish challenging business goalsAbility to guide, mentor and support peers in order to deploy effective and efficient materials compliance solutionsTypically 4-6 years experience.Desired Education and Experience:Master’s in Engineering, Operations, the Sciences or a related fieldFamiliarity with HP’s Print and Personal Systems businessesExperience with SAP or other Materials data management systemsExperience in managing process changes associated with mergers and acquisitionsHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceIn accordance with Colorado and Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is 89,200.00 - 139,000.00 USD annual.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.#LI-POSTJob -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
