You’ll be leading our Omnichannel Marketing team to drive consideration and lower funnel conversion for our entire Consumer Personal PC portfolio. This is a key strategic focus area for HP and represents a significant portion of our business. You’ll be leading a team of marketing professionals based around the world, working with our global business units, go to market teams and market marketing.The ideal candidate will be an innovator and leader in product marketing, with a deep understanding of the conversion and purchase phase of the customer journey. You understand the breadth of omnichannel marketing from the importance of accurate product positioning to driving world class creative and data driven insights around path to purchase.Roles and Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Global Head of Consumer Marketing with a direct relationship with the Consumer PC Business Unit:Lead the development of insights led product positioning and plans of the Omnichannel marketing priorities in close collaboration with business leadership, Commercial Organization and market marketing leaders; category and go to market teams truly bringing to life the 4Ps of marketingOversee marketing communications, research/insights development, KPI setting & tracking where possible for all assetsDeliver world class photography, product imagery and videoManage all budgets and forecastingManage all partner relationships for Consumer PC Worldwide Marketing within your team (ie Microsoft, Intel, AMD)Represent Consumer PC Omnichannel interests to cross-functional teams including the PC Global Business Unit, Commercial Organization, Marketing Planning, and CMO staffManage team of individual contributors and contractorsKnowledge and skillsMinimum of 10 years in marketing roles with at least 5years specifically in the PC / IT industryDigital mastery with demonstrable knowledge and experience of omnichannel marketing, content marketing and media, ideally in a consumer environmentExtensive knowledge of marketing asset production including but not limited to photography, video, digital and traditional mediaYou will be able to identify great creative from average creativeProven track record of agency/client managementHigh level of tact and diplomacyAbility to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottomBudget planning and process managementDriven, energetic, transformational and engagingQuick learner, quick to take action, and braveDeep understanding of the role of creative, PR, Media… attracting and retaining great agency partnersRegional and Country experience at HP a plusInternational global brand experience with a prior role in market is a plusJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
