Paid Search SpecialistDescription -HP is looking for growth-minded Paid Search specialist to join our team of in-house Search experts. The PPC expert will plan, implement, and evaluate growth strategies for HP on Google and Bing. This role will effectively communicate the impact of Paid Search within the platforms to the business. In this role you will be supported with a Planning function that charts the way for your delivery towards Paid Search campaigns. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in elevating Search coverage, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and, ultimately, market share for HP through the proactive and effective execution of Paid Search campaigns. Primary Function - What a Paid Search Specialist does at HP:We are looking for energy, teamwork, technical expertise, a willingness to educate and desire to elevate the performance not just of HP product, but our team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Paid Search campaigns, working towards set performance targets and ensuring that campaign implementation is in line with best practices, driving ecommerce success for your client. Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns includes but is not limited to strategy development, account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative (including writing, managing translation processes, testing ad copy and ad extensions), and landing page revisions.Manage paid search campaigns across multiple markets and ensure program specific coverage and ROI goals are being met.Daily budget pacing, monitoring and analysis of all Paid Search campaigns on Google/BingManage bids throughout the entire campaign, monitor and update daily budgets using SA360Being comfortable with managing large budgets across multiple markets at a given timeAble to manage different stakeholders (wordwide, local and regional teams)Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data from keyword to campaign for ROI and coverage metrics.Provide recommendations and improve performance of Paid Search campaigns and for annual budget planning.Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns.Must be able to present results as well as high-level trends and ability to gather insight from data and execute next steps accordingly.Prepare and deliver on reports required by management, working closely with the country Search Planning function. Spends 10% of the time developing new tests as part of a growth strategy.Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Critical requirementsBachelor’s degree or higher – Business and Marketing preferred.At least 4 years of experience managing Paid Search campaignsStrong PPC account management background across multiple markets Proficient with Search reporting tools (SA360)Advanced Excel/Data handling capabilities and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.Knowledge of both local (within their country/region) and global search engine trends.Experience in a Paid Search role in a media agency or client sideSelf-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyse-improve-control)Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.Very strong teamwork orientation.An ability to think on your feet, move fast and bring your A-game to work every day.Fluency in English.
