Customer Insights intern – Gaming NotebookDescription -Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Insights Intern to join us and support our Gaming Laptop Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and analyzing customer insights and feedback to help inform and drive our product plan.Key Responsibilities:Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming laptop marketAssist in the development of surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to capture customer feedbackAnalyze customer feedback data to identify key insights and trendsProvide regular reports and recommendations to the product development team based on customer insightsCollaborate with Product Managers to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product planning and developmentStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product development decisionsQualifications:Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretationExperience conducting customer research and analysis, including survey development and focus group facilitationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teamsPassion for gaming and active PC Gamer – play at least 6h/week on PCAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word#LiPostJob -AdministrationSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
