Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities: Develop pricing tests and analytics.Work with cross-functional teams and customers to develop demand forecast.Drive the inventory strategy.Work with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions capabilities.Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years marketing analytics and/or product management experience.Knowledge and Skills: Advanced analytics abilities.Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.Experience using common programming languages - eg SQL, Python.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.Strong business acumen, understanding of eCommerce and/or Digital Experience.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
