To improve the competitiveness of Print manufacturing, we would like to invite engineers with outstanding manufacturing engineering knowledge and experience to play in Weihai.Responsibilities: Leads a project team of other mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for moderately- complex products.Drives continuous improvement for the current products and processes with MPa/factory.Manages the product changes through quality validation and implementation tracking.Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve tooling quality.Provides domain-specific expertise and overall tooling development and management leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.Develops and implements parameters and test plans for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, safety, reliability. Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members and MPa.Support AOS (Assurance Of Supply) issues related to components/materials and production capabilities.Leads the investigation and modification of tools and improves the associated molding process to solve the actual quality problems of tools.Tracks the entire production process, guide, and supervise the production process, and solve problems encountered in production in a timely manner.Provides preventive maintenance and tool maintenance to ensure reliability during the production process.Designs engineering solutions for mechanical and laser-print system, and production tooling based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.Leads and designs DFM (Design For Manufacturing) for easy assemblyEducation and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, particularly printer product and quality management knowledge.Typically 4-6 years of experience in Print product engineering.Knowledge and Skills: Using 3D NX CAD software as a mechanical design tool.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for the quality defects/issues.Outstanding knowledge of Laser printer parts, mechanism, supplies and BOM structures.Experience in the injection molding machine and the stamping machine.Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing / quality management knowledge.Developed relationship management skills with outsourced partners.The ability to communicate effectively between HPPK and MPa.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Korean language.Experience in manufacturing flow regarding parts, assembly, Jig & Fixture and system/processAbility to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.Using mockups to validate mechanical system solution.Designing sheet metal and plastic parts and associated production tooling and processes.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (China)Travel -50%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
