Process Re-engineering Program ManagerDescription -Position Overview In support of HP’s mission to drive a more digitally enabled workplace and end-to-end business process transformation and management, we are seeking an individual for the role of “Process Re-engineering Program Manager” to be part of our Digital Process Transformation CoE team.With the objective of accelerating HP’s transformation priorities of process digitization, re-engineering & optimization across end-to-end process domains, this role will be responsible to work with the Process CoE leader, the Process re-engineering team, and business process owners & SMEs to establish an approach, develop a plan, and manage execution for establishing end-to-end process re-engineering efforts and align with Transformation Management Office for value capture, tracking and realization.This role will program manage our process transformation efforts and ensure adoption of best practices in process design, re-engineering, and improvement implementation across the end-to-end process transformation initiatives.What you would be doing: Define and effectively run large and comprehensive end-to-end process re-engineering programs to drive project management cadence, execution oversight, value capture, tracking and realization and ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and that meet program goals.Drive agile planning (sprint & release planning), ceremonies (scrum meetings, scrum of scrums, retrospect) in coordination with the sub-track project managers and implementation teamsCoordinate subject matter experts, functional leaders, and workstreams to ensure success of the program and associated workplans.  Identify, develop, track and report on KPIs and metrics that support program objectives.Align with Transformation Management Office for value definition, capture and realization from the program execution of the process re-engineering initiative.Coordinate with global stakeholders across the program and consulting partner to develop materials, reporting and progress tracking needed for all executive forums, including ELT reviews.What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in business management preferredSCRUM Master CertificationScaled Agile (SAFe) experience a plus8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in Program Management and / or large-scale business process transformationProven track record of Agile program leadership including leading global, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organizationDemonstrated skill at collaboration, relationship building, and effective communication at the senior executive levelExperience in strategic planning, budgeting / forecasting, resource planning and value definition / calculation standardsProven ability to work with/influence across functions within the organization and with outside consulting partners to achieve actionable resultsExperience in proactive risk assessment and management in project deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills, and group facilitationCreative problem-solving skills and process orientationWorking knowledge and experience with JIRA, ADO, Service Now and/ or SmartSheet#LI-POSTJob -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
