Region Technical Regulations Project CoordinatorDescription -You will join the Americas Region Technical Regulations team at HP.  The Technical Regulations team is a partner to both the Global Business Units (GBUs) and Sales Organizations that delivers a clearly defined set of requirements and serves as a trusted interface for technical regulation tracking (safety, telecom, EMC and Energy), including tracking, communicating, influencing, and sales support.  Responsibilities:You will be responsible for project coordination of several Americas Region deliverables:Execute certification process for multiple countries in Latin AmericaManage exceptions, issues and audits for certificationsResponsible for tracking deliverables and on time performanceProject coordinator for improvement projects and region’s documentationResponsible for timely sales support response to customs, partners, internal customers and market surveillanceAccountable for keeping abreast of relevant regulation and policy changesParticipate in industry consortiums to advocate HP’s positionEducation and Experience Required:Early career candidateBachelor’s degree in a non-engineering/scientific field that provides training in organizational and analytical skills (example Business Management); ORAssociate’s degree in engineering or scientific fieldKnowledge and Skills: Regulation, legal, logistics, sustainability or Supply Chain experience preferredProject coordinator skills or PMP Certified preferredDemonstrated ability to keep track of and manage at a detailed levelDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to understand and reconcile conflicting inputsDemonstrated ability to learn and apply new technical informationExcellent team player, comfortable both supporting and leading if neededProven ability to deliver results through personal leadership and influenceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong skills with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English#LI-POSTJob -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
