We need someone who enjoys working with highly talented individuals and is eager to learn, grow, and drive change globally. The selected candidate will effectively operate in the most complex business situations, lead critical projects, and develop objectives, strategies, and initiatives to drive go to market contacts management, process, policy, tools and workflow improvements.  They will provide highly innovative solutions, lead large, cross-organizational/cross-functional projects, and provide guidance to leadership, peers, and lower-level employees.This is an excellent chance to be a part of one of the largest technology companies in the world, and to build a solid foundation for your career.Responsibilities: Lead Contract Governance process by developing contractual modifications and new offers against a Contracts POR for standard contracts.Partner with market, legal and business leaders to enhance the market competitiveness of our contractual documents while also protecting HP's risk position.Provide consulting assistance to market pursuit teams with contract negotiations and deal support as requested.Enable market pursuit teams with contracts negotiation training and tools to make them successful in selling Managed Print Services (MPS).Serve as global Contracts Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support key must win global deals that require a high degree of customization.Possess in depth knowledge and expertise with Contractual terms and business implications for both new and existing contracts.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of evolving pursuit, negotiation and post contractual processes.Establish key relationships and interact with each Pursuit, Delivery, Finance, Contract Operations and Legal managers.Develop relationship and work closely with MPS Services & Solutions Portfolio for contractual language development for both existing and new service offerings.Liaison with GBU and country attorneys to serve as a bridge between legal and the business to provide necessary in-depth information from both the legal and business perspective to ensure appropriate risk management and the fulfillment of business requirements for all contractual offers.Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree.Advanced degree preferred.Ten years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key HP Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to contract standards and legal best practicesHas an extensive understanding of critical techniques in areas related to contracts such as partner relationships and contract negotiations.Recognized as a leader in the HP Services community.What we offer:•    Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.•    Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
