Microsoft OA3 Business Planning ManagerDescription -DescriptionMicrosoft OA3 Business Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the HP/ Microsoft strategy for a best in class inventory management and digital supply chain for OA3 (OEM Activation 3) HP's factory partners.Responsibilities include assessing manufacturing needs to maximize OA3 value, ensuring OA3 consistency, tracking digital supply chain impact, and routing insights across OA3 functions to drive improvement or change in the OA3 ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesHP OA3 Site Manager and site onboarding/ offboarding manager – Primary interface for the Americas sitesActively manage Inventory, KPI’s, Inventory days of supply, Aging, and ReturnsDeploy SOPs related to Business Ops ProcessesCommunicate OA3 inventory and site status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business, IT, and operations support teamAnalyze the research and data for moderately complex projectsTranslate research and data findings into recommendations to improve the efficiency and data accuracy of the manufacturing or OA3 ecosystemRepresent the needs of the business operations for OA3 projectsCollaborate with other OA3 teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of low complexity, and understand business/factory impactUtilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies as appropriateQualificationsUniversity degree required – preferred in supply chain or business operationsCurrent knowledge of “Best in Class” inventory management and manufacturing strategies and methodologiesExcellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
