Senior Enterprise ArchitectDescription -The Lead IT Enterprise Architect will contribute to transform HP by adopting a business-led, technology-enabled mindset, with focus on business-IT alignment in creating immediate and progressive business value across the enterprise for our organization, employees, and customers. You will be leading a group of enterprise architects to design solutions for corporate projects with a focus on customer needs as well as driving time to market commitments.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Enterprise architecture definition for holistic view of HP's business and technology dependencies for future state planning.Institutes guiding principles (city planning, technology standards, application portfolio management with buy/sell/hold modeling), standard deployed technology lists, and reference architectures.Maintains professional knowledge of current trends and developments, domain models and architecture blueprints to educate technology teams and stakeholders.Continuous interaction with leadership and partners to ensure their needs and requirements are met, as well as providing them with the current state and impacts to their markets.Helps outline the future state architecture and roadmap to transform from the current to target state based on pragmatic processes & technology solutions.Standards & Architecture GovernanceRationalizing application portfolio, orchestrating business outcomes, and overseeing the realization of various initiatives and of their benefits and valueArbitrate architecture decisions in alignment with immediate and long-term business goals and industry technology trends.InnovationCollaborate across business and technology teams to foster a culture of innovation with a start-up mindset, while aligning with regulatory compliance, security, and reliability.Required Skills:Technical competency: Broad knowledge and deep experience in existing & emerging capabilities across at least three of the following domains.Information & Data architectureBusiness architectureApplication architectureInfrastructure architectureInformation Security architecture & data privacyIntegration architectureBusiness competency: Prior knowledge and experience (5+ year) in at least two of the following business areas (including, but not limited to understanding business practices & processes, understanding, and analyzing competitive situations, and regulatory climate of the industry)Consumer productsManufacturingSubscriptionBehavioral competency:Influence without authorityComfortable with ambiguityConceptualize and develop Meta-models & taxonomiesBroad business and technology viewpoint, including attention to critical detailsBuild consensusFacilitate across diverse groupsLead teams and mentor individualsAbility to work interdependentlyCompetencies aligned with our core values:Strive for excellenceDrive client-centricityPractice extreme ownershipWork & play as a team to deliver togetherPossess the courage to do what is rightPropel meaningful innovationComfortable in collaborating & communicating across various functions within the enterprise, and with external solution providers and system integrators.Effective facilitator & negotiator.Resolves conflict & stakeholder concerns.Required Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years Technology Management experience in a large global organization supporting large multi-pillar global initiatives and teams.Prior knowledge and experience (10+ year each) in the following roles (required)Enterprise architectureSolution architecturePrior experience on architecture excellence and optimization across the global technology groups - 5 to 8 years of which in architecture related areas in Information Technology and/or business.Proven expertise in information management and technology best practices including agile and waterfall methodologies.Master's Degree or PhD or equivalent experience in a related field and Consumer Products industry experience preferred.Certification Requirements:TOGAF Certification will be preferableJob -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
