If you are interested in being part of a dynamic and successful team that is responsible for managing large Managed Services opportunities in the Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa Market (SEMA), then join us now as Customer Project Manager!As a key member of the Global Services & Solutions team, you'll be in charge of qualifying and planning projects, coordinate them and control their execution in order to achieve the established objectives.You will need to be an expert in handling complex and difficult situations and will need to have the credibility and experience to become a trusted advisor to the client.Responsibilities:Manages customer project delivery.Deliver revenue as per project plan.Manages Very large & complex/ multiple regions.Solves Medium & High complexity legal and commercial issues.Manages project financials including P&L.Meets approved budgets.Provides reliable financial forecast.Manages business development.Identifies and develops new opportunities with client.Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities.Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals.Manages client relationships.Manages complex multi-function and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management.Communicates the direct value of our capabilities that HP provides to our business partners and customers.Manages project team.Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 20 people.Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members through others.Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.Mentors’ others, act as a role model and supports for individual development.Who you are?Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:A First Level university Degree, advanced Degree preferred.7 years’ experience in Project Management and/or ServicesDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of key HP Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project managementHave an extensive understanding of critical project management techniquesRecognized as a leader in the Services & Project Professions communityPMP CertifiedWhy joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
