Lead to Cash Software Operations COE LeadDescription -Changes in Organization HP is embarking on a transformation journey with the objective of tripling our Software business to over $1B in 3 years. Different Software sales processes exist today due to the acquisition of different businesses such as Teradici and Poly. In order for HP to be future-ready, it is imperative we develop one common process for pan-HP SW services and solutions. To this end, Sales Ops is setting up the Lead to Cash SW Operations COE that will spearhead this effort. The position will lead the designing and operationalization of an optimized and integrated end-to-end software process that will enable frictionless software sales and delivery. Executive Job Description The role will be accountable for Software services and solutions Lead to Cash processes in establishing the framework, KPIs, etc. across all GTM, and lead the Software sales operations. • Consolidate all HP software operations groups into one team • Integrate and standardize processes across pan-HP SW products regardless of GTM • Lead automation of SW operations processes • Establish customer purchase NPS (net promoter score) for HP SW solutions • Drive implementation and manage change management of new processes and tools • Develop overall sales operations policies and goals in consultation with senior management. •Collaborate with IT to create SW operations tools and capability architecture Knowledge and Experience •Exceptional financial and business acumen • In-depth business and industry knowledge • Ability to work across functions and break the silo •Adept at managing complexity and ambiguity, while maintaining stakeholder alignment •Motivates and Influences, able to communicate rationale behind thought processes with ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs • Superior strategic thinking & business leadership; accountability for results with tangible outcomes • Ability to set, measure, and manage multiple teams’ performance. • Strong leadership and engagement skills and ability to build partnerships across various functions •Ability to drive technical and business process with strong program management and prioritization skills •Knowledge of Software business and the associated process areas. • Experience in driving software operations (forecasting, pricing, ordering, invoicing, subscription, 3rd party, co-branded, cotermed, attached, standalone...) • Experience having worked with minimum one of HP’s software solutions Problem Solving, Thinking Complexity, and Contributions •Consolidate and re-design end-to-end operational processes for enterprise-wide SW services and solutions. •Identify conflicting priorities and processes related to SW operations and develop solutions •Provide guidance and motivation to cross functional teams to successfully achieve project goals and corporate initiatives •Develop effective strategies to manage changes across the enterprise •Routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
