dMPS post-signature Opportunity ConsultantDescription -Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Runs pricing for all the requests that are coming for dMPS customer, after the contract was signed, from deployment until extensionsWork closely with the account team to understand the scope of the local engagement and contract in order to provide requisite analysis and info to the account team.Customer data analysisDifferent scenarios simulation assumptions documentation and validation.Consultant for the account teamProcess proposalsShare knowledge and documentation (transfer, communication with counterparts).Consults and provides required documentation to the SOAR process.Participates in Project ReviewsEstablish positive working relationships with the customer team, to get the best understanding of the existing cost structure possible.Establish open lines of communication with country & regional groups.Work closely with the transition manager, service delivery manager, customer success manager to ensure the right metrics are developed and implemented in each region affected.Manage the end to end contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities.Education and Experience Required: Experience in Finance, Pricing, Contractual environment or Customer Support are welcomed.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.In depth understanding and knowledge of Management of Change issues.Business and customer oriented Team player with ability to form alliances across boundaries.Project management skills and leadership capabilities.Good influencing and communication skills.Must be fluent in English.Ability to cope with high peak workloads, short deadlines and pressure.Knowledge and Skills: Resolve problemsCustomer engagement process.Build and maintain relationships.Negotiate effectively (Say "no" but with options).Contribute to and present proposals.Good Business Acumen.Translate business requirements into contractual solutions.Good Interpersonal skills and clear communication.Highly developed software capability (PowerPoint, Excel).Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
