Marketing Lab/Operations Intern Spring 2023Description -Overview: Learn and grow within HP’s Marketing Ops organization. Marketing Planning & Ops helps Marketers think, create, do, and deliver HP’s customer experience strategies and big brand/sub brand campaigns. In this role, you will be supporting Marketing Lab, the training center of excellence for all marketing employees within the Planning/Operations team at HP. You will own end to end projects and grow in your learning and contributions to the team, Marketing and HP. Marketing Lab is HP Marketing’s strategy and experience for Marketing employees to learn, train, develop and grow their career path at HP and in Marketing. This individual will be involved in all end-to-end and technical, project management of master classes, career compass live show sessions and end to end compliance training hack development.Reporting to our Marketing Lab Manager, we are looking for:Someone with a lot of attention to detail and ability to prepare summarized information. Project management, technical support and Presentation skills are necessary.Someone that can see the big picture and critically think about how to improve things. An interest in process improvement/green belt certification would be great.A creator, innovator, baseline knowledge of marketing, learning & development, or instructional designKnowledge and skillsUniversity students enrolled in a master’s advanced degree program with a Marketing or Business focus.
