In close collaboration with different businesses organizations, and markets, we will focus on ensuring our Services and Solutions portfolio offering is properly aligned with different partner profiles and support building the right programs to incubate, scale and accelerate our digital business.You will be the one to help define those opportunities and work with multidisciplinar teams to make them a reality. You have a wonderful opportunity with HP to transform how we work and how enterprises embrace hybrid work.We are hiring a Partner Experience Project Manager that will be responsible for understanding all the elements that impact the sales cycle of our resellers and identifying inhibitors to maximize sales through the channel.Provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities:Coordinates multiple projects within a large scale program involving one or more functions driving the engineering development and implementation process for products or service offerings.Develops portions of support requirements for assigned project, including budgets, and resource allocation plans, in accordance with provided plan and specifications.Coordinates the activities of associated project teams; tracks progress against established plans, reports results, and makes recommendations for alterations or updates to program manager.Develops program communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating project and program plans.Leads resources across multiple projects.Education and Experience Required:First Level University degree.Typically a mínimum of 7 years of overall working experience including services or software and channel RTMs.3 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.Knowledge & Skills:Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key HP Services&Software offerings and indirect engagement models.Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.Usage of planning tools and software packages to create, manage and track Project results.Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in EnglishExcellent relationship management skillsAdvanced leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and managementHigh degree of flexibility and ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environmentAbility to succeed in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to collaborate and achieve actionable results through othersJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -NoRelocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
