Toner Insights Data AnalystDescription -Description/ResponsibilitiesSupplies Share is an integral part of the laser printer business. This role is a position of partnership, influence, and leadership within the overall team, responsible for ensuring that insights and reporting are gleaned for the toner business. This person will develop new analytical techniques to gain customer insights on why customers choose to use HP Original supplies. This person will ensure those insights are leveraged across the A3 & A4 business unitsProvide insights on supplies Toner Market Share vs. Budget GoalsAbility to focus and prioritize deliverables with multiple requests and stakeholders.Develop consistent and reliable analytical techniques for market share: Big Data and third-party. Measure and communicate current share progress against goals, print initiatives and highlight risks and opportunitiesPartner with driver and forecasting teams on a regular cadenceRamp the toner big data and 3rd party share analytics program.Share communication, influence management and leadershipLead insights and quarterly share reviews with toner product management teamWork effectively with a high degree of collaboration with the Market Share Data Scientist and lead HP Print AnalyticsPro-actively influence business planning and product strategy based on share insights.Deliver critical and relevant Supplies Market Share insights and direction to cross-functional leadershipExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required.Able to produce crisp and actionable insights that drive business planning and strategy. Clearly articulate what it means with the business. Work with key stakeholders to influence business decisions.Drive continuous improvement and advancements in data analyticsAdvance data analytic tools to identify Market Share risks and future quarter outlook: velocity, acceleration, online reporting, etc.Ad Hoc requests provide as needed support regarding desk reviews, business reviews (QBR, etc.), and any relevant upper management analyses, presentations, or checkpoints.Capabilities, Experience Areas, and SkillsAnalytics and Insight: Capacity to source, organize and interpret complex data sets to gain deeper understanding and guide strategy formulation.
