Customer Master Data SupervisorDescription -Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Master Data, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.As a Master Data Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Master data support agents whose main responsibility is to set up partners and customers IDs into HP CRM, ERP and other downstream systems using ticketing/workflow tools for your region.You will help deliver business outcome to HP through:Planing, managing and monitoring operational/tactical activities of StaffSuggesting ideas that will improve organizational efforts.Being responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.Consulting with other departments and support groups at peer and higher leadership levels on an operational level, to develop new solutions and processes.Engaging with all internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and succinctly with external/internal customers at the peer and higher levels focusing on key areas that require highly specialized attention.Guiding team members to resolve escalated, complex customer and internal issues.Being responsibility for the collective performance of the team and for meeting team goalsBeing accountable for the established KPIs (Turnaround time, data quality..)Leading small side projects driving operational efficiency and customer experience improvementsMust HaveFirst level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree. 8+ years of experience in operational support servicesAt least 1-2 years of people management experience.Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
