Business Analyst - Pricing Analytics COEDescription -As a Business Analyst in the Pricing Analytics COE you will shape HP’s future of how we market and price our products. We are a very dynamic, highly skilled and diverse global team consisting of data scientists, economists, computer scientists, engineers, project managers, and product owners. Working with us you will combine your analytical & and coding skills, economic/business thinking, stakeholder engagement and project management skills to help push the innovation frontier in the way HP sets prices for its products.About you:You are interested in customer and market behavior and methods to measure and anticipate itYou are a data driven person, with a passion to identify patterns in the data, identify the root cause, and propose solutionsYou are passionate about coding, simplifying the complex, automation and making processes more efficientYou are keen to be in contact with users/ customers, data scientists, andYou are never satisfied until a problem is solved…To you problems are like puzzles, you are never satisfied until its solvedKey responsibilities:Leverage data analytics technic and visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insightsPresent the results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvementsDevelop and implement frameworks and processes to make your analyses and algorithms easily replicable, scalable and automatedAnalyze the adoption of the pricing solution and work on improvement plans with the business/users RequirementsAt least 3 years’ working experience in business analysis/ project management field, with at least 1 year of experience in stakeholder managementExtensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI or  Tableau is requiredExcellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAbility to think creatively and invent original solutions to businessStrong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentationDemonstrated project management skillsBachelor or Master's degreeEnglish proficiency  Bonus pointsInterest in pricing, economics, and consumer behaviorExperience in deploying ML and data science solutionsKnowledge of R or PythonBasic understanding of finance and product economicsProject management certifications: PMI, AgileWhat we offerOpportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
