This role is to lead the operations of the global DTWS R&D organization, which spans the US and Asia. This role is focused on the financials and operations of the R&D team. You would be responsible for coordinating with the R&D teams to roll up their projected spend and headcount to then tie out with finance to close on yearly budgets, also providing ongoing updates throughout the year. As the operations manager, you would be integral to team communications and assist in coordinating meetings and R&D initiatives. Additionally, your role would be to lead process improvements in the R&D organization to give the team the tools they need to operate as efficiently as possible. You would be responsible for managing the Fort Collins R&D lab operations and the contract workforce that services them.
