The regional media planning team works in a highly collaborative environment with regional marketing teams, worldwide leaders and colleagues across the Media Activation Specialists, Analytics, and Insights team to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI (return on investment).As a North America Media Planner Manager, you will take a media brief from the start through to a media strategy, and final media plan. Using both the internal and external resources available. You will handle the overall media investment strategy of all major media campaigns in NA (North America) for all HPs business units (D2C and B2B).Responsibilities IncludeTranslate media briefs into strategic plans to meet goals/objectives by leading holistic media planning for a portfolio of brands across all media channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Search, CTV (Connected TV), TV, Print, Audio, etc.Working to implement actionable audience and performance insights in collaboration with campaign managers, agencies and specialists.Work successfully across in-house team and key creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans as well as building media thought leadership.Leverage industry planning tools, data, market understanding and a relentless focus on the consumer to conduct audience identification analysis and scenario planning.Partner with in-house media activation teams to plan, execute and optimize media investment across channels/marketplaces.Partner with Media Data science, Analytics, Reporting and Insights to evaluate emerging media opportunities and execute on-going Test & Learns to fuel insights and innovation.Education And Experience Required2+ years media planning and buying experience working with clients with National budgetB2B and B2C electronics/technology Focus (ABM (Account Based Marketing) Knowledge is key)Experience using industry standard planning tools & data sets to create insight driven media plans and optimizationsStrong analytics background: Able to triangulate between data, media goals and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plansBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.Thanks for taking the time to review our job; if you think it is a match to your experience and interests please apply today— we are eager to learn more about you.
