Global Channel Program ManagerDescription -The Global Channel Program Manager is the subject matter expert for how the Poly MDF and channel incentive programs as interface with our internal sellers and partners. These programs are multi-faceted with benefits for front end discounts and back-end benefits that go across multiple tools for our regions. Works independently to ensure partner program is running effectively for distributors and partners and works cross functionally to fix program issues that arise. Collaborate on the development and execution of key components of the incentives, focusing on communications, collateral creation, and regional partner training/events worldwide.Your day to day• Be the subject matter expert and evangelize MDF Program and sales promotions to internal and external audiences – ensuring proper understanding and engagement of our diverse network that enables them to be more effective at growing revenues• Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor initiatives to create a go to market strategy resulting in compelling and competitive programs to engage our channel partners• Partners closely with the Global Pricing & Channel Incentives Team to ensure a competitive partner margin proposition for new channel segments• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing and develop new scalable MDF program and policies from inception, through execution, and reporting of outcomes• Manage a calendar for MDF Programs – provide transparency to internal and external stakeholders across all regions• Document each with policies for internal and external audiences for mixed media consumption – video, written, and presentation formats from the partner’s point of view• Consolidate voice of the field input into development of strategies that improve sales programs, internal processes, and sales enablement activities• Development of the business requirements to provide guidance to operations teams needed to operationally support distributors and partners• Serves as global business lead in executive meetings on ecosystem expansion priorities and workstreams• Support in the overall metrics for channel development program components, sets measurement cadence, and provides recommendations for enhancements, improvements, or changesWhat you bring to the team• 5+ years in channel MDF program management/development/strategy with complex channel ecosystems• Proven understanding of channel and sales processes, systems, tools• Experience designing and developing channel go to market & operational programs• Proven track record in creating, executing, and measuring successful channel sales and rebate programs• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills• Strong matrix management skills, team leadership skills, and ability to facilitate change and engage others in execution of strategic goals• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand how various parts of the business interconnect, to make smart business decisions, achieve business goals and objectives• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, channels and stakeholders simultaneously.• Self-Motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced global organization environment• Experience with Channel Mechanics, CRM/BI tools (i.e., Salesforce) & Automation (i.e., Impartner), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise, Excel and Power BI.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
