Partner Business ManagerDescription -We are looking for a Partner Business Manager (PBM) for our Commercial Channel team in Belgium, responsible for developing and growing the business with an assigned portfolio of top B2B channel partners.High Level Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the overall relationship with your assigned set of partners and be the central point of contact for the partner’s management and sales teams.Motivate and drive the partner’s sales force who are your virtual sales teams.Be a trusted advisor to your partners by thoroughly understanding the synergies between HP’s portfolio of products and services and the partner’s value-add solutions & services offering.Drive the joint business plan, the quarterly activity plan and the opportunity pipeline in order to maximize the HP SoW (Share of Wallet) and achieve HP’s channel sales targets.Build a good collaboration with your cross-team HP colleaguesBuild a good knowledge of HP’s organization and operations, key business rules, partner segmentation segmentation and key programs.Manage your business like it’s your own companyBuild and execute a Business Plan for the next year that includes initiatives to grow HPs shareEducation and Experience Required: University or Bachelor's degreeTypically 3-10 years of experience in sales or account management; preferable in IT industry.Experience in selling to reselling partners in a complex environment.Knowledge and Skills: Language : fluent in Dutch, French and EnglishEagerness to learn about HP’s products, services and solutions and do story telling about it.Establishes an excellent working relationship with all hierarchy levels in the accountAbility to do effective internal and external networking.Thorough understanding of pipeline management disciplineHave a personal fit with HP’s culture :What we value at HP :Enthusiasm, agility, and ownershipUncompromising integrityTrust and respectResults through teamworkMeaningful innovationFocus on customers, partners, and communitiesHow we work at HP :We practice a growth mindset.We embrace diversity to fuel innovation.We work in ways that are good for us and for the world.We solve tough challenges by bringing out the best in each other…and we have fun doing it.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
