The Managed Insights Product Team within HP Workforce Services & Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager who is passionate about delivering Enterprise SaaS solutions that drive business value and growth, deliver problem management solutions, and defining a world-class customer experience for IT departments managing enterprise technology investments. We are looking for someone with deep IT expertise who has the detailed technical knowledge necessary to explain feature requirements to engineering and business stakeholders. The incumbent will be expected to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing and evangelizing product growth plans across business units, customers, and partner groups.Responsibilities:Monitors competitive market to understand offerings and business value.Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders at customers and prospects to understand needs and priorities.Recommends product requirements and definitions.Collaborates with the product management and software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.Works closely with IT professionals and helps all stakeholders understand the unique needs of different roles in IT DepartmentsTracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.Acts as subject matter expert through internal training and demonstration of key product functionality for support, sales, onboarding, and other cross-functional teams.Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks.Prioritize requests from various stakeholders by ranking them against strategic goals and initiatives.
