SMB SaaS Product Manager – Insights & Analytics (Remote)Description -Are you passionate about technology and looking to work in an agile start-up environment that is built on the brand recognition, solution capabilities, and global reach of a world-class technology pioneer?  The HP Workforce Services Solutions (WSS) team operates in a highly dynamic landscape that delivers a best-in-class, multi-OS Services portfolio powered by software, cloud, data analytics, and machine learning.  The Managed Insights Product Team within HP Workforce Services & Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager who is passionate about delivering SaaS solutions for the SMB market that drive business value and growth, deliver problem management solutions, and helps SMBs get the most out of their technology investment.  We are looking for someone with deep IT expertise and engagement who is comfortable working with engineering and business stakeholders. The incumbent will be expected to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing and evangelizing product growth plans across business units, customers, and partner groups.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitors competitive market to understand offerings and business value.Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders at customers and prospects to understand needs and priorities.Works closely with the Incubation team and recommends product requirements and definitions.Collaborates with the product management and software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.Works closely with IT professionals and helps all stakeholders understand the unique needs of different roles in IT DepartmentsTracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.Acts as subject matter expert through internal training and demonstration of key product functionality for support, sales, onboarding, and other cross-functional teams.Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks.Prioritize requests from various stakeholders by ranking them against strategic goals and initiatives. Defines requirements for each request, as well as the desired user experience.Develop or contribute to the development of collateral and training courses.Influences decision making and problem solving across teams.Knowledge and Skills: Passion for delivering outcomes. Enjoys performing their own data analysis to drive initial conclusions.Advanced technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems.Strong experience in software development, systems engineering, or software product management.Experience working with IT professionals.Detailed understanding of SMB markets and their IT needsExcellent written/verbal communications skills. Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and customers.Hands-on technical skills with the inquisitiveness to learn products, work with them, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement.Understanding of Machine Learning a plus.Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience8+ years of relevant experience in IT facing roles.8+ years’ experience working with Small to Mid-Size businesses.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
