Enterprise Products System Test Planning EngineerDescription -Defines Validation Technical Strategy and delivery. Specify Test Plan, Requirements and Risk Analysis. In addition to establishing a test plan from problem analysis to validation, STPEs continue to work on obtaining the best results through validation and continuous collaboration with various stakeholders. And provides reports on current issues & risk and provides future insights and areas for improvement.As we are collaborating with numerous contact points, it plays a role in spreading the diverse culture of HP and promoting the achievement of various tasks through guide with various partners.Current Role Description:Develop and implement a continuous testing strategy and plan that aligns with business priorities and the qualification strategy, including the use of layer test models and agile/scrum development approaches.Create and execute manual and automated test cases to proactively identify and mitigate risks, and to detect critical issues before they cause further problems.Lead and manage the outsourced testing vendor to ensure timely and reliable execution of test cases that align with the firmware release schedule.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and tech marketing, to identify and address blocking issues in a timely manner.Continuously improve the continuous testing framework, processes, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Report and triage bugs and issues, and communicate test outcomes to internal partners, including senior management.Have a deep understanding of the entire ecosystem, including HP-developed and third-party assets.Extended Area:Maintain and enhance the continuous test pipeline and scripts for future-ready solutions, including a brand-new FW platform and enterprise service.Maximize the value of automation testing by focusing on the right things to automate.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Preferred experience with Printing, Firmware, Apps & Cloud based solutions.Experience in designing and executing manual and automated test cases for software products.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Strong understanding of software testing principles, practices, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experienced in cross functional leadership.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
