Data Solution ArchitectDescription -We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Solution Architect to join our IT organization and be part of our data transformation program.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with our organization's business objectives and drives efficient and effective data management.You will be part of the program core team to design and develop the data architecture and technology requirements to ensure alignment with our overall data strategy.ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop data architecture including defining the data storage, processing, governance, and management requirements.Understand current and emerging usage models and requirements in Big Data, BI and Analytics.Design data solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the program requirements. This includes designing data models, data integration solutions, and data migration plan.Implement data management systems and tools that meet the organization's data architecture standards.Evaluate and select technologies and tools required to implement the data solutions, such as databases, data integration tools, and data processing frameworks.Ensuring data quality by designing and implementing data quality controls and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.Collaboration with other teams such as developers, data analysts and data scientists to ensure data solutions are aligned with the program goals.Identify additional opportunities for data integration and consolidation and implement solutions.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data architecture, incorporating these into the organization's data architecture strategy.Communicate data architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, and data management.Experience designing, building, and operating cloud services in IT.Strong understanding of BI & Big Data frameworks, data analysis, data modelling and data governance.Experience in Databricks technology - MandatoryExperience in data transformation programs - Advantage.A team player that needs to work with multiple teams from IT and business.Experience in Global Companies a great advantage.#LI-POSTJob -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Israel)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
